Cancellation Policy

To ensure a delightful experience for all our guests, we kindly request your adherence to our cancellation policy:

Reservations:

• A minimum of 2 guests is required for afternoon tea reservations.
• A non-refundable deposit of $20 per person and a temporary credit card hold are required to secure your reservation for afternoon tea. The deposit will be applied to the final bill.
• A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours for the deposit and to confirm your reservation

Cancellations:

• 1 week or More Notice:
  • Your deposit will be converted into a credit for a future visit within 6 months.
• 24 Hours Notice:
  • You may reschedule your reservation one time within 30 days, subject to availability.
  • Your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice:
  • Your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Parties of 5 or more guests will be charged the full reservation amount.

Reschedule Requests:

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 1 full week before your scheduled reservation.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
